Scope

These Terms apply to the enjoyable.work website (the “Website”), including an unlisted MCP Doctor review-status page that Enjoyable may share directly. Enjoyable currently publishes open-source developer utilities and does not offer website accounts, paid plans, billing, or hosted check execution through the Website.

Each utility’s source code is governed by the license published in its own repository. Repository contributions, GitHub features, package registries, and other third-party services may have separate terms.

If you use the Website for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. Any signed agreement with Enjoyable controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms. There is currently no public paid plan, order form, or billing flow.

Website use

You may use the Website for lawful informational purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, misuse security-reporting channels, or use the Website to violate another person’s rights.

An unlisted review link is a bearer link. Anyone with the complete link can open an unprotected project-level record, so share it only with people you intend to include. A viewer password may later be required to open the report. Neither the link nor the viewer password verifies the visitor’s identity or grants permission to run a check, access a system, or use production data.

A separate admin code authorizes its holder to approve an offered check and set, replace, or remove the viewer password. The admin code can open a password-protected report and is separate from the viewer password. Anyone you give the admin code to can use these controls, so provide it only to someone with authority to make those choices. An approval changes the recorded permission state; it does not start a check or authorize work outside the exact agreed scope.

Open-source software

The Website summarizes released utilities for convenience. The applicable repository, release notes, command reference, and license define the authoritative software boundary. Product behavior, supported platforms, distribution artifacts, and commands can change between releases.

Content and feedback

The Website does not accept source-code uploads or customer-content submissions. An unlisted status record may display a public target, check state, short project-level note entered by Enjoyable, and the result of a code holder’s approval or viewer-password change. You retain rights in communications and feedback you send, subject to any permission needed to read, respond to, and act on the request. Do not place material you lack authority to disclose, credentials unrelated to the report’s own access controls, payment-card data, protected health information, private source code, or other regulated or confidential content in a review note, general email, or public issue.

The Website itself does not submit visitor content to a model provider or return an AI-generated review. The status page reports recorded MCP Doctor work; it does not execute a check. Outputs still require independent engineering review and testing. They are not legal, medical, financial, certification, or compliance advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing commands before execution, maintaining backups, limiting credentials and network access, protecting review links, viewer passwords, and admin codes, confirming who may approve scope, testing results, and following your organization’s authorization and change-control requirements. Diagnostic output and configuration plans are engineering evidence, not guarantees of correctness, security, compliance, or fitness for a particular use.

Security reports

Do not disclose a suspected vulnerability in a public issue. Use the private instructions in the affected repository’s SECURITY.md file. Security testing against systems you do not own requires authorization from their owner.

Third-party services

The Website, review-status API, and D1 records are delivered and protected by Cloudflare. The Website also links to services operated by others, including GitHub and LinkedIn. Enjoyable does not control those services, and their availability, content, and terms are their responsibility.

Confidentiality

Do not assume a general email, public issue, public discussion, unlisted bearer link, or viewer password creates a confidentiality obligation or recipient-only access. A link, password, or admin code can be shared by its holder. If an approved signed confidentiality agreement applies, that agreement controls. Use the affected repository’s private security-reporting route for suspected vulnerabilities.

Availability and changes

The Website, documentation, review records, and links may be corrected, changed, suspended, revoked, or retired. Future ideas are not commitments. Current availability claims should be verified against the owning repository and release evidence.

Access and availability

There are no Website accounts or subscriptions to terminate. You may stop using the Website at any time. Enjoyable may revoke an unlisted link, and an inactive report and its access settings may be removed automatically. Abusive or unlawful requests may be blocked to protect the Website or comply with law. Website information, recorded check states, and links may contain errors or become outdated. Uninterrupted availability, perfect results, and absolute security are not promised.
